This website is the primary source of communicating with the neighborhood. It is the online source of important documents, news, information, and other resources for all the residents of Park Place at Preston Lakes. This website is laid out with menu headings and submenus at the top. Click on the heading or submenu heading which will have the information you are seeking. Some menus are only available for those who log in with a username and password.

Park Place HOA News Highlights

The Pool is Open
The pool will be open on May 23 this year. The pool does not open till 3:00 PM on Monday. Make sure you, your family, and your guests, mind the rules of the pool. Send us an email if you need a pool key. 
Covenant Violation Observations
Please make sure you are maintaining your lawns, edging, weeds, flowerbeds. We will consider the weather, but going weeks without yard maintenance will result in a violation notice. Keep your trash cans out of site. Thank you for knowing the rules and regulations of our neighborhood.  
Prepare for the Rain & Bad Weather
It's May. Get your gutters and downspouts cleared out. There will be plenty of rain over the next eight weeks. Be prepared for expected bad weather conditions.
